eBay FR-IT-ES

eBay Is much more than one client and one brand. It’s about working WITH (not for) a large number of stakeholders, and being in charge of the production of Marketing and Social campaigns, Advertising, Events. We partnered with different teams inside the agency (Trade, Marketing/Strategic and Developers) to guarantee a full-coverage from planning, to the brief until final delivery.

I’ve worked on eBay for around 5 years, on Marketing, Social and C2C areas for Italy, France and Spain, building campaigns, newsletters, landing pages, display campaigns, but mostly important managing a team of 6 people. I’ve been overseeing each phase, from concept to final delivery, but also keeping a strong connection with the client (monthly reports for campaigns, feedback, issues and workflow optimization).

 

 

MILANO PRIDE 2018 EVENT

I teamed up with another Art Director for this project. We had to think about the whole event: from first concept to the stand, and also the parade day. To convey the brands’ main message “Fill Your Cart With Color”, and Pride’s “Love With Pride”, we set up a rainbow carpet that lead to a selfie wall, where people could choose different value-cubes (Live, Walk, Love) to be pictured with. In addition, the whole project included a customized VW minibus, parade banners, flags and even a Spotify Playlist. We also created a video recap that was shared via the brand’s Social channels.

Timing was super-short and we also had to keep track of everything, deliver all the material on time for the printers, and also manage the business part to stay within budget.

In the end, that day we walked the parade together with the eBay team.

#PorQueEsperar - eBay ES

eBay Spain was looking for a concept that could cover the period that anticipates 11-11, Black Friday and Xmas. As the main channels were already full of communications, we had to think about a video that could be easily shared via Social.

With my team, we came up with “Por Que Esperar (Why Wait)?” that was simple and effective at the same time,

I directly worked on a serie of videos, that had to convey marketing messages in an ironic tone of voice.

Love is gone, and you can’t feel the same anymore? Let it go! This campaign was created to encourage users to sell the things they don’t love anymore. The promo has also a perfect timing: it’s around Valentine’s Day.

BASTA SCUSE - eBay IT

#BastaScuse (No More Excuses) was targeted to non-professional sellers (C2C), and was all around the procrastination of selling stuff you don’t use - but you think you might.

Series of short “excuses” started to pop out on Social, and in the end it was revealed that "If you are running out of excuses, you’d better sell.”

The same concept was then applied to the rest of channels like EMs, LP and Onsite banners.
