01 - Overview & Role
Over a 5 year period, I led the creative delivery for Samsung Italia as team lead at a creative agency, coordinating a team of around ten people across three internal divisions. As the client’s first point of contact, I worked closely with Samsung to develop and deliver launch campaigns, digital assets, retail materials, website content, store communications, concept directions, and large-format OOH executions in Milan and Rome.
I acted as the main link between the client and the creative team, ensuring every output stayed fully aligned with Samsung’s brand identity, visual guidelines, and communication standards. My role combined team leadership, client management, and creative oversight across fast-moving, high-stakes campaigns, including sensitive pre-launch and embargoed materials.

02 - Challenge
The challenge was to manage a large and diverse creative account where every asset had to be delivered consistently across multiple channels, formats, and business divisions. In addition to speed and coordination, the work required precision: campaign launches often involved pre-launch embargoes, and every piece had to meet Samsung’s brand standards without exception.
03 - Approach & Process
I structured the workflow around close client collaboration, clear internal coordination, and rigorous brand control. By keeping communication tight between Samsung and the agency team, I made sure briefs were translated into work that was both creatively strong and operationally safe, whether the output was for digital channels, store environments, partner platforms, or OOH
04 - Output
The work covered product launch campaigns, digital assets, website content, retail and partner-store materials, campaign concepts, and major outdoor placements in cities such as Milan and Rome. The account required the same level of care across every format, from high-visibility billboard executions to smaller digital touchpoints
Concept and design of 8 Shop Windows for La Rinascente, overlooking Duomo Square in Milan. Fully customizable, along with a physical space to showcase Samsung’s new flagship product - Done in 2021.
05 - Results & Learnings
The result was a consistent creative system for Samsung Italia that supported multiple business divisions over several years. The account maintained strong brand fidelity across channels, delivered under demanding timelines, and helped translate Samsung’s launches into a coherent presence across digital, retail, and outdoor environments.
